Peer support network:
We understand that living with HIV can bring unique emotional challenges, and sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Our team of specifically picked individuals is here to listen, offering confidential, supportive one-on-one calls where you can share your current feelings, talk through struggles, or simply connect with someone who understands.
How it Works:
Personalized Support: Schedule regular or one-time calls with our counselors to discuss any concerns, feelings, or difficulties you're facing.
Themed Conversations: We offer optional themed sessions focusing on topics like managing stress, building resilience, and overcoming stigma.
Flexible Communication: Prefer texting over talking? Our counselors are available via text or chat for those who feel more comfortable writing their thoughts.
Ongoing Emotional Wellness: Follow-up resources, including mental health tips, self-care strategies, and emotional well-being exercises, will be shared after each session to support your journey.
We also offer peer support options, where trained individuals with lived experience can offer an empathetic ear, helping to build a community of shared understanding. Whether you need emergency support or a weekly check-in, we’re here for you.
How to Get Started:
Schedule your session: Reach out to schedule your first call or text session today!
Confidential & Free: All calls are completely confidential and provided at no cost.
If you’re looking for someone to talk to, our counselors are just a call away—ready to listen, support, and help you feel heard.
